I tried to talk to my best friend IRL, and she totally did not understand what I’m going through. It’s like she isn’t even trying to understand. This makes my anxiety worse.
Maybe you should try talking to people who have anxiety? Those that don't have it usually can't understand why is it such a "big deal" and it's useless to try to explain it to them.
She is probably trying to make you feel better. I don’t know why, but anxiety can feel comfortable and safe even when it’s useless. It’s a strange thing. To want to feel pain. I try to avoid it as much as possible as it helps no one...perhaps she is simply not worried and refuses to be. It is a choice: do you see the glass half empty or half full? It is okay however you see it, but don’t try to force others to become stressed out too. Why would you want that? @SmartKat
Anxiety is a little lie we tell ourselves so that we feel certain about SOMETHING .... because in life there is no real certainty, except what we know from the past. Try to see your future based on your ENTIRE past, not just a couple of incidents. Your future can be as good as your past. Or if you focus on the bad, only as bad as your past.

Some people can't understand it, I have given up trying to explain it to them. I am going to a thearpist and it's helping.
