I Need to Get Something Off My Chest

Right now I'm at a crossroad of my career life. Yesterday was my first work anniversary. I got my first salary hike. It was supposed to be a happy day. But instead I was being judged by my co-workers. They judged my abilities and doubted even I was fit for the team. I think it's time I should leave the company and look for another job.

Success isn't determined off of other people's happiness.. Yes a work environment can highly encourage or do the opposite to an individual, but because people see your success and get upset about it means one of two things, you're moving in the right direction, or you're moving in the right direction.
