I Need to Get Something Off My Chest

Right now I'm at a crossroad of my career life. Yesterday was my first work anniversary. I got my first salary hike. It was supposed to be a happy day. But instead I was being judged by my co-workers. They judged my abilities and doubted even I was fit for the team. I think it's time I should leave the company and look for another job.

Either they are being sincere (and rather impolite) or they are jealous or have some other issue with you. Either way, it doesn't sound like an environment you'd thrive in. From experience, it takes a couple of jobs before people find the one they'll stay in for a long time. I'd recommend working elsewhere too.
