They just issued a "Shelter In Place" Drill and we aren't allowed to leave the classroom we're in until further notice.

You have to shelter in place but they let you have cell phones?

All we have to do is stay in the classroom.
A lot of high schools don't allow cell phones. It makes it too easy to take pictures of tests and cheat. You can also text answers.
