I Am In High School

It’s half term. We have a week off but loads of homework. I love this half term. The trees are so colourful. And of course we have Bonfire night soon. It’s the next big celebration.

@TheSirfurryanimalWales oh yes, I know Guy Fawkes Day (aka lets all go burn some catholics, in the grand old english tradition). I just want sure if Bonfire night was the same thing.

@BlodynHafJones I understand. That's more or less how it started in England, really - a Catholic plot to blow up Parliament & King, and the response was, well, violent oppression of the Catholics, so Pope night seems accurate
