I realise running is excellent for losing weight. I just can't seem to start doing it.Many people say running can be addictive, and I can see their results. But try as I may I hate it. I can walk for miles and love it, but running hurts my chest and feet. I'm not obese, but large breasted which i think is my problem
I Hate RunningI went this morning with my twin brother. I could not keep up, I do not have the cardio, I had to stop every few hundred metres to get my breath. I was hopeless ๐
