I think it means your brake cylinder froze and you're seeing the result of the friction of the brake rubbing on the disc (happened me to a few years ago)

you'll need a new master cylinder and rotor, brake line flushed out - I'd figure 500 to 750 by the time they are done

That front wheel bearing is cooked and will cost about $350 to have repaired.
