I like when they mix it with rice and spam. They call it kimchi fried rice, I believe.

I don't really fancy when it's too soggy or watery. It's a nice side dish for korean dishes though, but probably an acquired taste for non koreans.

Never had it, so I can't really say. Never seen a Korean restaurant over here, I think we have one in Milan iirc, next time I'll be around there I'll give it a go (hoping it's authentic).

I've never had it, unfortunately. In South Africa it's really rare to see Korean food, and we have very few Korean immigrants.

@basilfawlty89 yeah true. Im South African and and for 30 years, I don't think I ever saw a Korean shop or restaurant. Maybe there were some recently but not while I was there.
