I read the book first then saw the movie! I'd rather read them first.

Anyway this book is about a 2 high school kids who were boyfriend/girlfriend. The guy came from a family whose family broke the law's and harmed people. She came from a very judgmental and but decent family!

He was not like his family at all. She wasn't either.

Just goes to show we are NOT products of our environments if we choose not to be... ;)
