I Have Plantar Fasciitis

Ever have Plantar Fascitis in your foot. I’ve had mine since mid December. It’s extremely painful to walk. I’ve seen doing everything the Podiatrist has told me and it’s still not any better. Any suggestions?

@Fluffybull It’s inflammation of the tendon in the arch of your foot that connects to the heel. I hurt mine hunting all weekend back in Dec. A lot of runners get it as well

@clamenza Yes, causes bone spurs and lots of inflammation.
