I Have Plantar Fasciitis

Ever have Plantar Fascitis in your foot. I’ve had mine since mid December. It’s extremely painful to walk. I’ve seen doing everything the Podiatrist has told me and it’s still not any better. Any suggestions?

My hub has the same problem, saw a doctor who advised him to buy those foot roller thingys, get specialized sneakers for work and inserts to put into the sneakers. He said it helped. I can't recall the place tho.
