Ever have Plantar Fascitis in your foot. I’ve had mine since mid December. It’s extremely painful to walk. I’ve seen doing everything the Podiatrist has told me and it’s still not any better. Any suggestions?

Did they tell you to stand with the balls of your feet on a step (hopefully with a railing to hold onto) and lower your heels as far as you can, hold for fifteen seconds, then raise them as high as you can, lower, lather, rinse, repeat? Until ten sets are completed, or as many as you can stand. Do ten times/day. Helped me a lot.
As Poetrynmotion said, it’s not a death sentence. I haven’t had a recurrence for 15 years. Kinda glad I had it, because every day I DON’T have it is a lovely day.
My advice would be to find a really first class show store (probably pricey, but if I walked up to you right now with a sure-fire cure, would you pay $300)?
Doctors: my dad always said, verify your doctor didn’t flunk your disease in med school. Try another doctor and another one, until you find one who got A’s in plantar fasciitis.
@clamenza Don’t buy expensive shoes you hope will work...you’ll end up broke and limping. Check out that website I sent, check out what they recommend. It’s a given torn tendons will take longer to repair than inflamed or bruised ones. Make your feet your #1 priority, and soon you may be walking tall and thumbing your nose when you pass podiatrist’s offices.
