I Have Plantar Fasciitis

Ever have Plantar Fascitis in your foot. I’ve had mine since mid December. It’s extremely painful to walk. I’ve seen doing everything the Podiatrist has told me and it’s still not any better. Any suggestions?

Have you gotten better shoes? I have very high arches, and I make sure I have shoes that are good for that.

@Dewkissedrose Sure have . Gotten several new pairs. Plus even gotten arch support implants
