I Have Panic Attacks

Another day stuck at home cause of my stupid anxiety 馃槥 I hate it so much
I take my medication do the exercises to combat them but just sometimes I slip and I have a panic attack it's horrible and then that's my day over 馃槩馃槩馃槩
