I Have Panic Attacks

My Ex tried to get his friend to talk to me. In July. I told his friend clearly in paragraphs. His friend says he will no longer bug me.

2 weeks ago his friend comes back again. I blocked him.

I started a GoFundMe to seek for therapy and my ex contacted one of my ads.

I just don't know what to do. I just want him to stop contacting me.
