There are some serial killers who are probably on a high intelligence level.
There are functioning psychopaths who do not go into killing people illegally, but take up vocations that allow their sadism to shine who are on high intelligence levels.

And then there are the less intelligent ones. They have intelligence hierarchy too.

@SW-User oh I'm well aware. Most narcissists and antisocials don't end up serial killers, although they still lack empathy and remorse and abuse others.

@SW-User to be honest, surgeons concern me less than those in positions of power. And often malignant narcissists and psychopaths who are high functioning end up in positions of power like politics, CEOs, etc.
