What Imperfections have you learn to accept

I have an auto-immune disorder and for years Ive used bronzer/foundation to cover the rash on my face. A few years ago I decided to stop wearing makeup and let my skin breathe. After embracing the 'wabi-sabi' principle I now see it as a sign of my body healing herself.

Wabi-sabi is the view or thought of finding beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. It is about the aesthetic of things in existence, that are “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete”. Wabi-sabi is also deeply influenced by the teaching of the Buddha and its school of thought can be interlinked with Buddhist thinking.

I have a bolt spot on top of my head it's funny I can't see it so it doesn't bother me
it's true it's what's inside of somebody that counts somebody's not the outside
Wish I had figured out that when I was a teenager I let a good one get away from me
she was the most wonderful person on the inside you could ever meet the most fun
And could really sing she was so much more than what the outside was
She had a crush on me but I was chasing somebody else

@Thereyouare I was dating a guy with a bald spot on the top of his head. I didn't realize it until one time he bend over. In my offense, he is 6'5 and it was hard to see the top of his head.

@QueenandCrown I've had a few lovers who mentioned it to me and I would look at them saying is this what we want to discuss at this point they would catch me on my knees in front of them

@Thereyouare Though I was surprised when I saw it (I've known him for years and didn't notice it), I never mentioned his bald spot because it wasn't important.
