Why do guys come back once you've moved on?
I guess he'll never move on like he pretended too. Wasting his own time too much.

Good question. I think it sort of goes both ways... It’s natural... if you cared about someone... a tiny part of that lives forever.... why? people miss the pleasant part? Maybe if you move on they’re jealous? Probably more than one reason this happens. Including thinking what you had is better than having nothing at all?

Probably because he's been unable to find someone else. Healing and recovery of self-confidence, self-esteem and self-worth takes time and not everyone 'snaps back' into the groove the next day. Some people do (or claim to be able to) and often that's because they already have someone else 'waiting in the wings'. Some people have 'meetcute' experiences - most don't.

@UglyTrait91 Where two people who will form a future romantic couple meet for the first time, typically under unusual, humorous, or "cute" circumstances. It's usually a thing featured in rom-com type movies, but happens in real life to some people (like my ex) too.
