I Love Running

Completed 106 miles by running every day in January, time to switch to half marathon training for end of March.
Really enjoying running again, feeling so much better mentally as well as physically

FUUUUUUUUCK YOU!!!!! I ran from the front door to the car and felt it for 3 days. I don't get it. Rode my bicycle 20 miles, tired but not exhausted. Walked a mile in 20 minutes, turned around and walked back no problem. Leg pressed 900 pounds, a little sore standing up after tying my shoe. Run 100 feet, nap time and sore for 3 days. WTF??!! Congrats on your running. Wish I could do 1% of that.
