I Love Running

So I think I've become kind of obsessed with running. Right now I'm trying to lose weight I've always been chubby but I've always been pretty active in sports. I used to hate running with a passion than something clicked and I just started to do it more. It's been on and off because of work. But in the last few weeks all I can think about it running. Is still lift and do other training but I feel like empty if I don't run, like today is supposed to be my day off but I just feel off if I don't so. I am doing this mostly inside on different machines because I live i Florida and it's to hot. Some how it just feels relaxing, like I for once don't have to think about everything and everyone. I can't be the only one

Its definately addicting. I started out hateing it also. Then ended up running 60 miles a week for 22 yrs. then my back made me quit and it was like withdrawl. I kept trying and my back would hurt so bad id end up walking. Its been a year now and i still think about it everyday

This was technically my first week really back into it and I just hit 33 miles and my running week isn't over yet have 2 days left. And it's really easy for your body to wear out after doing the same sport over and over

Yes, once you get on a regular schedule with running it can become a good addiction.
