I Love the Breakfast Club

But I need help and advice about what to eat for breakfast. Any suggestions on easy to knock up zero sugar, limited carb scrumptious and healthy dishes. I seem to have got stuck on bran flakes with semi skimmed and chopped banana. Or poached egg on its own. I'm not that creative in the morning.

I like to make one whole and one egg white scramble with spinach and wrap it in a whole wheat tortilla. Add a little salsa. Its good.
