I Love the Breakfast Club

But I need help and advice about what to eat for breakfast. Any suggestions on easy to knock up zero sugar, limited carb scrumptious and healthy dishes. I seem to have got stuck on bran flakes with semi skimmed and chopped banana. Or poached egg on its own. I'm not that creative in the morning.

I like to make one whole and one egg white scramble with spinach and wrap it in a whole wheat tortilla. Add a little salsa. Its good.

I can't help, I'm an egg person myself. In my food tracker, I just hit "Same same same" every day when I record what I eat.

Have you tired eggs fried with slices of tomato and a spicey seasoning. Then some toast on the side

@TURTLEGOD No, well I might just try that. Do you cook the toms or as they come. Minus the toast...possibly. Problem with me is if I have one slice of toast I want more and more.

@waleskinder thanks, I just visited the website, great website. I can see myself doing that more for lunch rather than breakfast and the only reason being; its a pan and then in the oven. But I could do it as a pan omelette. God, I'm dribbling just looking at that.
