Cardio's pretty tough in general. Sarcoidosis is notorious for being an energy sapper haha. I usually just do about 12 minutes on the exercise bike to get warmed up.

@SW-User I do HIIT, so a variety. I had a stage 3 calf tear, so anything that puts extra strain on my calf makes it pull easily. Sometimes walking up the stairs it goes. I just have to be careful
