Love exercise

This Is my 4th week that I have been exercising at least 4 times a week at gym or home. Since the lockdown I haven’t been able to do weight lifting and it’s feels good to get back. I am trying to work on my boxing skill at the same time to improve my endurance... all Still struggling with my handstand 😂😂😂😂 but I am hopeful ..🥳🥳🥳🥳

Very impressive that you are into boxing too. It definitely will help with endurance and balance. Do you also do bag work?
