I Have a Controlling Boyfriend

Sadly this kind of behaviour is common and if your in a relationship with someone controlling, it usually just gets worse the longer it goes on or the deeper you commit. You find that if you go out he's telling you to be home by 10pm even though he's out all night, then he wants to know everyone you've spoken to. The list goes on. I'd wait until he's watching sport then go and turn the TV off on him and walk out. If he isn't equally respectful of that, then it's time to explain too him how tolerance and compromise in an equal relationship works.

All control freaks are narcissistic. Flee from him ASAP!

Yep...this is just the beginning not its shows..then friends..then family...then no need to leave the house and have your own life...when does it stop?

I would say it’s time for a new boyfriend... you don’t need someone that controlling... you should be able to watch what you want, and it is really rude for him to come turn off the TV...

Like i been saying for over a month, you need to leave. Your heart will heal over your feelings for him. The physical and mental pain hes been causing you can be permanent
