Jordan Peterson! Do you like him?

@Carver I feel like it is just a shame he says things that can be easily misunderstood especially by some radical people.. but well.. it is not his fault..

@jellyfishman it has never occurred to you that he sets out to be misunderstood, so that he can dismiss every challenge as a lack of understanding. he is truly a hollow man, a brittle surface protecting a void.

@Yulianna I never know his true intentions but the impression I had is that he just tries to be as honest as possible about his opinions.. I think if he wanted to avoid all the challenges, he could've just stayed silent instead of explaining.

@jellyfishman such an ego cannot remain silent, nor can it deal with criticism and challenge.

so his underlying position is, you will never understand, you are not clever enough to agree with me.

@jellyfishman 😊 idon't dislike him... to dislike him, i would have to know him.

i have read some of his writings, observed his talks, he seems to me to be intellectually narrow, arrogant and self important. he may be a perfectly nice person, apart from that.

@Yulianna I guess his certainty can come across as arrogance to some people.. But that is what I like about him.. His talks kinda help me to organize my own mind. His way of processing complicated things into more clear and simpler words appeals to me XD.. It's like a skill I want to learn. How to communicate my unorganized, clumsy thoughts into solid words..
