I Am Quiet, Shy And Socially Awkward

I am very quiet, shy and socially awkward. This definitely messes me up when meeting people because I take so long to get comfortable around people and many times they just don't give me the time so it gets all messed up before it gets started. Ugh!!

I have the exact same problem. I keep telling myself I will get better at the talking to people naturally thing without out screwing it up. That as I get older I might have gained more confidence but truthfully I'm not seeing any change:(
