I Hate My Brother Sometimes

My brother managed to steal a total of $39,000 from my parents and they still didn't kick him out of the house. I really don't understand why they won't do it. He never listens to them, he is 25, and he flat out disrespects them all the time. I have tried to convince them to kick him out of their home, but they just ignore me. I know he is their child but...but this has gone too far!!
