My bedroom is my only room

And it's extremely messy. I have trash on my floor, old laundry piling up etc. I do a little every day to clean it out, but it's just not enough. I am old (75) and don't have any energy to keep my room neat. Just one of several reasons I am considering going into a senior care home. In Mexico. No way can I afford one in the US.
