I Dont Like Being Late

My Biggest Pet Peeve... My biggest pet peeve is being late. I swear I will be early for my own funeral, sad to say. It makes me very anxious to be late.

i work with the public and one of my clients asked me if I was in the military because I am so prompt. I would rather sit in my car and be early than run around like a mad woman.....

I agree as I am the same ....maybe its anxiety but I aim to be on time or early and usually apart from occasional beyond your control events its easily possible. its difficult to draw to the attention of others who do not consider it important how rude and disrespectful unnecessary lateness is. Some people seem completely oblivious and just dine out on the phrase "aren't I quirky its just the way I am I am ...always late!".....what would you say?....

I sure hope i end up with someone who is punctual because we will definitely fight over that one.

yes I have experienced relationships with a punctual woman who shared the same dislike of lateness.she was worse than me and turn up considerably early for all types of formal and informal appointments and someone else who was a serial lateness fanatic! lol ...I know which I preferred!
