I Dont Like Being Late

I agree as I am the same ....maybe its anxiety but I aim to be on time or early and usually apart from occasional beyond your control events its easily possible. its difficult to draw to the attention of others who do not consider it important how rude and disrespectful unnecessary lateness is. Some people seem completely oblivious and just dine out on the phrase "aren't I quirky its just the way I am I am ...always late!".....what would you say?....

I like to take a book with me. That makes waiting just a little bit better so I don't end up getting too angry with the person(s). Especially family! It's a terrible thing these days with cellphones so much in use. Just let me know you're running late so I don't worry about 'What if?'. That's just the right thing to do...don't you think?

Ahh. . . that sounds like me. I hate being late, so for me not to rush with the traffic I'd go at least 10-20 mins earlier than scheduled. Either I'd be inside my car or find a good place inside the room/hall to wait.
But I still have those times when I arrive late. But I am basically prompt.^^

I tend to be punctual as well. We'd never make it in some foreign countries - where buses run, and people meet you, when they feel like it.

I don`t like rushing around either. Getting to old to be doing that.

Now as for my funeral I just ain`t showing up for that at all. ;-p

HAHA this is so me ... i think it is a good way to be though. x

I have a friend who always arrives 15 minutes early. It's the way he was brought up.

Oh no.... I can't agree with you on that one.

I plan on being late to my funeral! I may not even show up at all if I have my way about it. :-)
