I Hate My Co-workers

I do not hate all of them, but a few of them. The new guy just got hired a week ago and I'm a supervisor, so I was tasked to train him. Ok that's not my job however the guy who's job it is to do it is on vacation. Ok cool, I can do this I've done this type of job for 10+ yrs I know what I'm doing. This kid is fresh out of college and literally knows nothing. Did they just give him a piece of paper because he paid for it? Must have.

I ask him to do something even the most noobie of noobs could do, if he paid attention in school that is. He looks at me and seriously says, "I have no idea what you just said" what? Damn this guy. I just spent four hours teaching him how to do what he should already know. Now I have my own work to do that I'm way behind on, so much for going home early.

What a pain in the ass! If I were you, I'd tell that guy to start putting his listening ears on and get his shit together because you got a job to do too and you don't need him fucking both of you over. In a more professional manner, of course.
