I Hate Players

Cannot say I hate them, exactly.
But I don't like them very much.

You cannot handle a serious relationship or what?
You are not man enough to handle that?
Do you enjoy hurting women? Do you laugh when they cry?
Is a meaningful relationship with a loving person too much for you to handle?
Is it easier for you to blame others for your own loathsome behavior?
Perhaps, you are just a sad little boy who constantly needs your ego stroked.
I admit, I don't know, but whatever the reason you act this way I feel bad for you, because you will really never experience love.
Sure, you may convince some woman to love you until you get sick of her, but you won't know the joy of really loving her back.

We live in a different time now and relationships seem more fragile. We are in an age of instant gratification. If we want to make a phone call, it is right there on our cell. Problems on TV shows are all solved in the confines of an hour. If something breaks it's easier and cheaper to tyoss it and get another one and that goes for relationships too. Disposable. I wrote this a while back.

A Relationship.

A relationship is like a garden,
It requires some work to grow.
It can’t be rushed to harvest,
But must be handled slow.

It requires a lot of effort,
In order to be strong.
Sometimes we can get things right,
But often we are wrong.

Even though mistakes will happen,
They can be handled well.
As long as you stay focused,
And keep your path upon the trail.

So spend your time out in your garden,
And give it the nourishment it needs,
And keep a watchful eye out,
To protect it from the weeds.
