Hi "Brady" yes Christmas is the time that all those special loving moments are everywhere on TV. Remember that TV is fake. I'm writing to give you hope. I had 2 failed marriages & other countless relationships. Once I started saying more positive things to myself, more good things happened. Within 6 months of saying that I deserve to be loved & to be happy, I met the man I've longed for all my life. I'm 57 and he's 65. A very young 65. We got married last August after being together for 6 mo. Try saying this..."it's NEVER to late for happy ever after!" That was the mantra I said every day. Also I started to count my blessings instead of spending time thinking of all that I don't have. One last thing, there are no coincidences...

I thank you for your kind words. Congratulations on finding your man. Just hope I can find mine. I'm all about Christmas don't get me wrong but its just getting old for me year after year spending the holiday with my family, the people that love me, but not anyone that's in love with me. So again I put on my fake smile, drink my eggnog and my rum and coke and put on my happy show. After all that's what I am expected to do

Oh, this is so true. It makes me feel so blue at that time. Too many Christmases alone. Hope you find your true love soon.
