Not so. If you were broken you would not be here. I came here today for the exact same reason. I know I'm not broken by it all, but I sure as hell feel like I am. For me, I'm going to sleep. So that in the morning I can yoga with adriene (YouTube) in my lounge before work and start tomorrow positive. That is my only way out of today that is constructive. To set up for a great tomorrow. Goodnight, I hope you find a way to plusses tonight too.
