Best way to lose weight?

What's the best way to lose weight? I'm not trying to reshape the weight I have I just want to lose around 50 pounds by June.

I can say from my own experience's that it is critical to set obtainable goals.

Often we like to go in guns blazing and with an enormous crate of "go big or go home".
But if we set our bars to high because, we kick ass and take names, we are actually setting our selves up for disappointment and since we were all "do or die" with our goal, it can hit harder when we fall short of our expectations.

I think the best thing to do is see what you can do, exercise helps the most I feel, to drop 10 lbs in a rapid manner to see what you are working with and the feasibility of the other 40 lbs in a reasonable amount of time.
Or cut off your right leg. That could drop like 60 lbs fast as hell. :-)

I was having pretty good luck with the "eat nothing white" diet (no carbs(flour, bread, sugar, rice,pasta,potato's) but I started getting super anxious. Finally had to break down and eat some french fries.

Avoid sugar and simple carbs. Walk to work.
Stop putting crap in your body is at the top of the list.

It’s gotta be a combination of eating balanced healthy proportions & keeping an active lifestyle or regular exercise.

I like to do dance sometimes for exercise but physical activity & eating right will get you there.

Pick one or the other & you’ll lose some but not all 50lbs
