I Usually Have Skidmarks

My parents don't have much money and we have always had limited amount of toilet paper in our house. The toilet paper we have is very thin and since I was young I hated using it and since why Mom wasn't home much I was never forced to wipe thoroughly. We don't have a washing machine at home and I don't have a lot of underwear so I often wear at least 2 days in a row meaning my panties get very dirty with lots of skidmarks by the time I put a fresh pair on. Since my dad has come back from prison it has gotten worse as he is spending more money on drinking so for the last week we have had no toilet paper in the house so my panties have been dirty all this week.
