Our Doctor just left voicemail for us to call the office. My husband's colon test came back positive for cancer.

I am so sorry. We have 3 close friends fighting cancer at the moment and their struggles are inspiring. On reflection, their inspiration is fueled by family and friends cheering them on.
I just saw a cute comment on facebook. I may not be quoting it exactly but it went like this:
1st person commented: "We only live once!"
2nd person commented: "No, it's that we only die once; but until then we have the opportunity to live every moment."

@Heartlander Thank you. I had to get ahold of myself. Have had the flu, one dog died and the other... well.. sigh.. still with us and this mornings news was... a bomb. I am dusting myself off and I will be no victim but a strong woman for whatever else comes my ways.
