I hope you are okay. That is tough. I did something similar to that before. I injured my legs by jump roping for a long time. Exercising can get addictive.🏋️
Did you stretch before jump roping? I did that a few times and I just like YouTube stuff found jump ropes dude and they helped me figure out how to jump rope right and you’re supposed to stretch your muscles worse than jump rope for beginners 5-10 minutes. Yeah and not just my hamstrings and legs I forgot my lower back as well this week glad the pain is gone @Keaten
@AsianEyezChulaRp I did stretch but I didn't really rest in between sets though. I'm sorry you hurt all of that. It is good that you have healed up though. Taking baths in Epsom salt helps reduce muscle injuries and soreness.
Definitely rest between sets this is what I do when I do my jump ropes are use one of the jumper of Dudes videos like a 10 minute one or even a five minute one and because they do rest in between whether they do other stuff in the video besides jump ropes I keep jump roping when they do their workouts like say it’s 30 seconds of jumps and 20 seconds of rest that’s what I do they are videos help me do my work out The most I do jump rope is 20 minutes I’ll do a 10 minute and then I’ll wait an extra 10 minutes rest then I do the last 10 minutes of it@Keaten
