I'm not a fan of plastic surgery for cosmetic purposes (or, to be honest, surgery in general), but if it can be used to help improve the health of someone who is morbidly obese and doesn't have any better options, then sure.

Depends on the person, but generally I'm against it if there are other ways for someone to lose weight. Our fat issue is actually a gland and it products hormones, if someone is to reduce it they should be able to think it through carefully and find ways to work around its loss beforehand.

Not very gone on the idea of some quack/dr shoving a steel pipe in my ass and sucking the insides out,might be ok for folks who are to lazy to diet or exercise,or those whos ass looks like a bag of spuds tied in the middle,

I don't. Until I see someone at Wal-Mart or McDonald's who should be saving up for it instead of buying another quarter-pounder and 4XL Bald Eagle/Go Army T-Shirts from China.
