smaller plate fulls and only eat when hungry but also a balance of meats and veggies or whatever and some exercise , i do long walks often and lost some weight plus i'm getting older so i tend to eat less now and sometimes save 1/2 a meal for later on
Alcohol, ice cream, pizza, meat would be the order I'd rank em.
