I Hate My Husband

I just won’t ever understand if he haves a girlfriend why won’t he stop stalking me🙄 I’ve moved on and I’m doing my own life but for some reason he just won’t leave me alone, I’ve filed for a divorce already but it’s taking a while since he’s refusing so sign the papers, yet I constantly get messages from his girlfriend telling me to give him the divorce, I’ve shown her messages where he’s refusing but she swears it’s all me 😒 I’ve tried filing a report against him for stalking me but the cops said that since he hasn’t harmed me yet there’s nothing they can do!😒

@Yaya42 who told you though? Sometimes the police say one thing but their not judges or attorneys. I'd you have sufficient proof he's acting in a threatening way or showing up where you are all the time, a judge might grant that. It's at least worth a yet to go to the courthouse and find out.

You can't let him bully you like that. Some people just roll their eyes, pat your head, and try to sweep it under the carpet when it comes to domestic situations like that.
Find out first hand, well meaning people will lead you astray.

the crazy part is that this past days he hasn’t tried anything but I’ve seen him driving around my house and there’s a park across the street from my house and I’ve seen him parked there at nights but since he’s not getting close to me the cops aren’t doing anything but I’m going to look more into what I can do @CC67219

@Yaya42 hes stalking you! Take pictures of that fool sitting there. Go to a judge, protect yourself. You can't live in fear like that.
