I Hate My Husband

I just won’t ever understand if he haves a girlfriend why won’t he stop stalking me🙄 I’ve moved on and I’m doing my own life but for some reason he just won’t leave me alone, I’ve filed for a divorce already but it’s taking a while since he’s refusing so sign the papers, yet I constantly get messages from his girlfriend telling me to give him the divorce, I’ve shown her messages where he’s refusing but she swears it’s all me 😒 I’ve tried filing a report against him for stalking me but the cops said that since he hasn’t harmed me yet there’s nothing they can do!😒

He has, once when I was driving he even ran me off the road and broke my truck windows but since the truck is under both of our names the cops said that he had the right to destroy the car because it’s under his name too @JaggedLittlePill

@Yaya42 uhm no. That is a direct threat. You need to stand your ground and demand a restraining order. Take all the proof you can. Messages. Don't let the cops blow you off. Keep bugging them.

I did, when that happened I kept on calling the cops and they all told me the same thing, They told me that if he ever tried to do something else to me again to record it and he will be arrested, I called a lawyer and he told me the same thing,this weekend I’m getting cameras for my house in case he tries and comes around, and I’m also going to get my license to carry in case of an emergency but I do hope he stops and it doesn’t comes down to me having to protect myself @JaggedLittlePill
