I Just Need To Rant A Little

I'm tired of people saying how "we choose our own life/path" because I'm quite sure no one would choose to have gallstones at the old age of 21.

@SomeMichGuy I'm sure there was bigger meaning behind this but what's the point of saying an encouraging phrase if you know nothing about it?

@SomeMichGuy Nope, it's just a general thing people like to say to sound wise or something. Context doesn't matter to them so lack of it isn't a problem...
