I Write As a Form of Therapy
Regular kind today tho. Every two weeks if possible but it always makes me feel sick beforehand.
I dont think ive been completely honest as i dont want to be breaking down. Even tho i trust my therapist as much as i can, i cant do that. I dont even tell everything here and this is anonymous.
