One wrong sentence

The tongue has no bones but it can hurt someone very badly. That's why we need to think before we speak. I learned that from Uncle Phil. When my boyfriend left for college, I took my frustrations out on my poor mom with very sassy remarks and a rotten attitude. When her paddle proved ineffective, she sent me to Uncle Phil to be properly disciplined. He taught me to think before I speak especially when upset. so I didn't hurt my mom and have to pay the consequences. Lol
