What field is your current degree?
Honestly I can't say, because that's a tough one, especially without knowing how the job market will react.
If the two choices were equal, I'd definitely say go for a master's over just another four year degree, but it's not equal, it's probably more costly and harder.
Plus, from what I've found, in general, companies are just checking a box, does this person have a degree? Maybe in a certain general field.
I'd say keep applying, to different jobs.
Also, online school might be cheaper and easier to get to, but it's harder as in some respects you are teaching yourself. Though certain schools have gotten more videos which is nice.

@Viper Criminal Justice, Psychology, or something to do with the government.

@Razoreye001 👍 one of the first things my Psychology professor taught everyone (I took it as an elective), was that basically you have to get your doctorate if you want to work in Psychology, with a master's you can work as the manager if a restaurant, basically, is what he said.
Criminal Justice surely would like more people, and they certainly have some communication roles.
Though, like I said, maybe talk to someone at a police station?
Also, like I said, if I would go back to school, I'd be going for the masters as it just looks better (in my opinion) than another 4 year degree.

Tough spot to be in but your story is probably true for many out there at the moment.
Thing is, can you safely predict what grants and loans will be available ?
THIS YEAR let alone any further into the future ?
And how would you get on for money if the grants and loans available this year aren’t next year ?

@Razoreye001 not too much you can do with a ba in psychology, though maybe you could find a job in advertising. idk really. im probably the last person who would know how to find a good job lol. criminal justice doesnt sound that good to me. i'm thinking about going back to school to try and be a social worker.
