I Think Failed Relationships Change People

lol its rare I ever ask anything like this but has anyone who had their heart broken for many years found a relationship later on that was worth the trust?.

I just don't wanna grow up to be one of those grumpy old men I guess.

Turning points in life can happen when one of these two events occur :
One is when you acquire something like work, romance, marriage, having a baby or meeting new friend or benefactor
The other thing that can change a person is when they lose something

Gain makes people happy, loss makes people sad. When you compare them, it's easier for loss to change someone. Change is something you do when you are forced into corner, when you have no other choice. Although change is painful, if you try to avoid it when the times comes then everything will remain the same

Yes but it's truly hard to 100 percent invest after being destroyed so many times....

@Ynot1more I can imagine, i've seen relationships where it does work and its been decades so it can't be that everyone isn't trust-worthy.
