@sweetgirlygirl2404: I couldn't imagine being assigned to a ship duty career field. Those people are gone all the time. I was lucky to have most of my deployments come early on in my career. I don't deploy much these days which is nice since I have kids. I have friends that are Navy and I just couldn't imagine being gone that much at this point in my career.

@Iluvpanties365: yes it must be very difficult leaving a family like that, I could not leave my kids but women and men do it

@sweetgirlygirl2404: nearly 21 years and the hardest thing is and always will be seeing the face of your spouse and kids as you walk away to board the plane.
