Can you be blacklisted from working at a dollar general?
o back in 2017 i got a dollar general that was a good bus trip away from me i left because i got a better opportunity i could not give two weeks notice but the manager said he would take care of it & i belive him
so a year after that 2018 i applied to a local dollar general
that was much closer to my house i could walk there i had the interview i got the job that day a week later i got a job at walmart it was more hours & more money plus i was still waiting for my starting date at dollar general so i called up the store manager at dollar general i told him in a nice way i no longer wanted the job
since then when i apply to my two local dollar generals they never call me

Probably. Practices tend to differ from company to company, but in general many big corporations retain employee files for HR to reference should they try to come back.
I was about to hire a girl at my last job, but then HR told me they were ineligible for rehire by the company, I believe for time-theft by manipulating the punch clock. It was a shame because I really coulda used an employee with her skills, but maybe it was for the best
